Millions of people have reportedly left the place where they live for a few days.
Citizens traveling away from their homes will then return to their homes, according to major news networks.
“For a very short period of time many people will have what is known as a holiday,” says TBS news reporter Mada Shigotochu.
“A holiday is a very short period of time where one does no work.”
Almost immediately after arriving at their destination travelers will do a u-turn and head straight back home.
“Basically, I felt all my stress flow right out of my body once we got into that long, soothing, almost endless, airport queue,” says 44-year-old father of two Kanari Torikutta.
“To be honest, we all needed a bit of a break after all that chicken.”
