A Japanese sentence verbally transmitted from a foreigner’s mouth has been received with enthusiastic silent applause.
The clap was performed at a reasonably high altitude just in front of the chin of the clap deliverer.
Mike Paine said he was already well aware that his verbalization was ‘sugoi’ and expected a more heartfelt response.
“I thought the clap was just a little bit too brief and failed to produce any sound loud enough for the human ear,” said Paine.
“For the quality of sentence I just constructed, with no dictionary I might add, I would have at least expected to hear some skin on skin noise.”

Superb! A rapturous round of loud applause for the author. The double entendre just finishes this off perfectly.
