Japan coach Akira Nishino believes his gamble of resting players in their previous game against white people that don’t speak English will pay off on Monday morning against a bunch of gaijin that “just love making chocolate”.
“I’ve never known a bunch of people more fond of a cocoa tree,” Nishino told reporters at a press conference.
“So I think we can win.”
Japan is expected to play gaikoku in the quarter-final.
