A local man visiting Shibuya this evening fully decked out as a Japanese medicine bottle says Japan doesn’t celebrate Halloween.
“Japan doesn’t celebrate Halloween,” says 37-year-old Shinjiro Yamaguchi.
“It must be an American tradition.”
Yamaguchi spent a total of around 15 hours preparing an outfit just to pop down to Shibuya this weekend for a stroll.
“I spent all night last night putting the final touches on the bottle cap,” he said.
“I just hope I can have a nice peaceful evening with all these party peepoo who are also not celebrating Halloween.”
