Junnosuke Taguchi, a former member of Japanese all-male idol group KAT-TUN, immediately snorted cocaine off the ground after being released on bail from possession of marijuana charges.
“Cannabis is the gateway to hell – and now he’s completely hooked on the white stuff,” local newspapers reported.
Taguchi, dressed in a black suit and tie, fell to his knees outside the police station, pulled out a credit card, and immediately began carving out some thick white lines.
“I don’t know what’s gotten into me,” Taguchi said, “a foreigner offered me a toke of weed, and now I’m doing cocaine and injecting heroin.”
Police ushered Taguchi back into the police station before he managed to get through his third line.
